My customizable services are perfect starting point to help you decide what type of support I can provide you.

For those who want professional guidance but prefer to execute the design themselves start with a Design consolation or Virtual-Design if you are not local to me.

If you are starting a New Build or Major Renovation; I can act as your personal architectural insight reviewing architectural plans for your new build or renovation and provide you with additional details or new space ideas to include as you are working with an architect.

If you are looking to have me lead you through a full home design, take care of the procurement and provide construction observation, you should be local to South Jersey or South Jersey Shore points.

Here’s a bit about what you can expect from my process:

Consultation Call

A introduction call to discuss your home or business’s project scope/vision, ask me any questions or concerns you may have about your project. I will provide you a customized proposal for you to review and sign on. I will talk about budget and provide you additional information for you to get really clear on that number.

Design process will began after you sign the proposal and I will start on pre-design. You will be required to provide me with any floor plan/space drawings you have as well as existing photographs of your space.

Throughout our time working together you will be provided the materials below.

Mood Boards

This will show you the feeling and vibe I want to evoke in your space. It’s a visual representation of the overall aesthetic and atmosphere I’m creating.

Floor Plans

This provides the placement of all selected items, ensuring optimal layout and flow.

Design Scope

This visual board includes all the items selected for your space, giving you a cohesive look at the design.

Price List

A detailed list of all items in your design with direct links to purchase them, making it easy for you to buy exactly what you need.

*Revisions: One round of revisions after pre-design and one round after the final design presentation to ensure everything is just right.

**Measuring Service: If you’re local, I can measure your space for an additional fee.

***White Glove Delivery and Installation: For an additional fee, I can coordinate delivery and installation, ensuring your art is displayed perfectly.

Recommended Project Budget to achieve the best results, between $10,000 and $40,000 to start an virtual-project. Recommended Full-Service Project Budget, starts at $40,000 and continues upwards. This range allows for the selection of quality pieces and the creation of a design that truly transforms your space.

With a decade of experience in the professional architectural design field, I transitioned to Single Family Residential design in 2022. During this time, I have collaborated extensively with other interior designers, honing my skills and expanding my expertise. Creative Overtime L.L.C. is an emerging practice, and as I grow, I want to be transparent about my design experience. I have led design projects from concept through design drawings, construction observation, and furniture installation.
