Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

Kelly Corcoran retains all rights to all artwork she creates. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. Kelly Corcoran retains the rights to make reproductions of any and all artwork she create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I will always require credit with my full name “Kelly Corcoran”. When you purchase an original painting you, (the collector,) have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Do you take Commissions?

What is your return/exchange policy?

All paintings, prints and products are final sale. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
